Tbh from what I've seen, Instagram is the best if you're looking to grow fast but its honestly good here although its tough at first and deviantart is just a void lol. But from what I've seen your art is good, just keep trying new things and improve on what you have also leaving reviews, comments and participating in events helps a lot in getting exposure :)
